Kokį vandenį rinktis ir kaip jį gerti?

  Žmonės nuo seniausių laikų norėjo išlikti jauni ir nesenti. Iki šiol ieškomi stebuklingi jaunystės eleksyrai. Žmonės laikosi įvairiausių dietų, naudoja brangią kosmetiką. Tačiau visos šios priemonės padeda kovoti tik su senėjimo padariniais, o pats senėjimas prasideda mūsų organizmo viduje. Senėjimas labai susijęs su vandens kokybe ir priklauso nuo, kokį vandenį geriame ar su kokiu vandeniu ruošiame valgį.

Vanduo daro didelį poveikį mūsų organizmui, todėl turime išmanyti jo teikiamą naudą ir tokiu būdu ilginti sau gyvenimą.
• Vanduo iš „krano“. Vandenyje, kurį geriame, yra daug netirpstančių mūsų organizme druskų. Tai įrodo ant virdulių esančios nuosėdos. Taigi, tos nuosėdos atsiranda ir žmogaus organizme, kurių atsikratyti jam yra labai sunku.
• Virintas vanduo. Paprastame vandentiekio vandenyje yra ir radioaktyvių priemaišų. Verdant vandenį sunaikinamos kenksmingos medžiagos, tačiau kartu dingsta ir aktyvus deguonis, kuris reikalingas mūsų organizmui. Verdant vandenį, pasikeičia jo natūrali sandara ir jis praranda bioenergetinę informaciją. Taigi, vien tik virintas vanduo organizmui irgi nėra geriausias parinkimas.
• Vanduo iš vandens filtrų. Vandens filtrai padaro vandenį švarų ir išvalo nuo purvo bei visokių nuosėdų.
• Mineralinis vanduo. Žmonės vis dažniau perka mineralinį vandenį. Jį naudoja tiek gėrimui, tiek valgio ruošimui. Tačiau mineralinio vandens sudėtyje būna tokių druskų ir priemaišų, kurias žmogaus organizmas sunkiai sugeba pasisavinti. Tos druskos lieka organizme ir kaupiasi raumenyse, sąnariuose ir juos deformuoja. Jeigu, norite gerti mineralinį vandenį, tai darykite su pertraukomis. 2-4 savaitės gerkite mineralinį vandenį, o tuomet 3-4 mėnesius to nedarykite.
• „Struktūrizuotas“ vanduo. Šio vandens galima rasti daržovėse, vaisiuose, jų sultyse ir ištirpusiame lede. „Struktūrizuotas“ vanduo iš ištirpdyto ledo gaminamas taip: paprastas vanduo supilamas į bet kokios talpos puodą, užvirinamas, uždengiamas, ataušinamas ir laikomas šaldiklyje 2-3 valandas, -4 laipsnių temperatūroje. Kai vanduo užšąla, reikia pramušti ledą ir nupilti neužšalusį vandenį. Šis gautas vanduo yra toks pat, kaip mūsų organizmo ląstelėse.
Kaip gerti vandenį?
• Vandenį reikia gerti vos nubudus, tačiau pirmiau išsiskalavus burną. Ryte išgerti pusę ar visą stiklinę.
• Patartina gerti mažais gurkšneliais ir šaltą. Šaltas vanduo, kuris išgeriamas dar nevalgius, paskatina storąją žarną „sukrusti“. Šis patarimas ypač padės tiems, kuriuos kamuoja vidurių užkietėjimai.
• Gerti vandenį valgant yra nepatartina. Vanduo, patekęs į skrandį, atskiedžia skrandžio sultis ir mažina jų koncentraciją. O tai trukdo virškinimo procesams. Geriant valgymo metu, gaminasi dujos, pučia vidurius, jie užkietėja.
• Gėrimus galima gerti 15-20 min prieš valgį arba praėjus valandai po valgio.
• Jeigu pavalgius burnoje jaučiamas sausumas, tai burną reikia keletą kartų praskalauti.
• Jeigu vis dar sausa, galima suvalgyti obuolį. Obuoliai turi būti valgomi su luobele ir gerai nuplauti. Taip pat derėtų valgyti ir sėklas bei sėklalizdį. Juose yra daug juodo bei kitų vertingų elementų, kurie būtini mūsų organizmui.
• Per dieną rekomenduojama išgerti 2-2,5 litro įvairių skysčių. Tačiau gerti reikia, kai troškina ir pasistengti negerti daug skysčių iš karto.
